Who we are
Calibra is a private investor in land and buildings. We buy things that already have a location and a use, hold them for decades, and answer to nobody but ourselves.
What we hold
Three kinds of asset, held on the same terms.
Each holding is funded from our own balance sheet. Nothing obliges us to sell before we are ready, which changes what we are willing to buy.
Commercial
Offices and mixed-use buildings with tenants already in place, bought for the income rather than the exit.
Land
Agricultural and development land with a settled planning position, held on a horizon measured in decades.
Our position
We would rather own one building for twenty years than trade five in as many. Patience is not a strategy we adopted; it is the only one our funding allows.
