Modern slavery statement
Our position on slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
Draft pending legal review. This wording has not been approved by a solicitor and should not yet be relied on.

Why we publish this
Calibra Investments Limited is below the £36m turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish one voluntarily because counterparties and professional advisers reasonably ask for it.
Once turnover approaches that threshold the statement must be approved by the board, signed by a director, and linked from the homepage.
Our business
Calibra Investments Limited was incorporated on 9 July 2026 and invests its own capital in property and real assets. We do not manufacture goods and do not operate international supply chains.
Where the risk actually sits
For a business of this shape the realistic exposure is not in our own operations. It is in construction, refurbishment, cleaning, security and grounds maintenance carried out at properties we own, where labour is often subcontracted several layers deep.
Set out here the checks actually made on contractors and managing agents, including what is asked at tender and what is written into contracts.
What we do about it
We expect every contractor and managing agent engaged on our holdings to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to hold their own subcontractors to the same standard.
Describe the due diligence, contract terms, training and reporting route once they are in place, and review this statement each financial year.
