What we collect

If you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide, together with the nature of enquiry you select. Nothing else is required.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to read, assess and reply to what you have sent, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have approached us about a possible transaction and expect a reply.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anybody.

Who we share it with

Personal data is shared only with the suppliers who host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
