Our position

We are committed to equality of opportunity in recruitment, pay, development and promotion, regardless of sex, gender identity or any other characteristic protected under the Equality Act 2010.

Decisions about who we hire and what we pay them are made on the requirements of the role and the evidence of capability, and nothing else.

Gender pay gap reporting

Statutory gender pay gap reporting applies to employers with 250 or more employees. Calibra Investments Limited is well below that threshold and is not required to report.

If headcount reaches 250, reporting becomes mandatory: figures are calculated from a 5 April snapshot and published within twelve months, both here and on the government reporting service.

What we do while we are small

Being out of scope is not a reason to be complacent. Even at our size, pay decisions should be recorded with a reason, and any pattern should be visible to whoever signs them off.

Record the practices actually adopted here, such as salary ranges set before advertising, structured interviews, and a periodic review of pay across the team.

Raising a concern

Anyone who believes they have been treated unfairly should raise it with a director. Write to Calibra Investments Limited, 6 Ambassador Place, Stockport Road, Altrincham, England, WA15 8DB, or use the enquiry form on this website.
